NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale dated September 9, 2012, and a Final Summary Judgment dated August 9, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-00192, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF14 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF14 is Plaintiff and WILLIAM GLAMAR STEWART; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM GLAMAR STEWART; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; BOYETTE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF THE COURT HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court, shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 16th day of October, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK H, BOYETTE CREEK PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSOBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
