YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose that mortgage, originally in favor of 21st Mortgage Corporation, a Delaware corporation authorized to trandact business in Florida, dated July 19, 1999 and recorded on July 30, 1999, in Official Records Book 4197, Page 1639; of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, encumbering the following real property located in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots Twenty-Four and Twenty-Five (24 & 25), Block 94, Moon Lake Estates, Unit #7, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4, Page(s) 96 and 97, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH that certain 1999 Nobility Reg Man Spec 66' x 27' mobile home with Identification/Serial Numbers N1-7950A and N1-7950B.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on SONYA K. DAWS, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., 215 S. Monroe Street, Suite 600, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorneys or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. on or before April 29, 2013
