THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 415W, OF GULF ISLAND BEACH AND TENNIS CLUB II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED 5/31/04, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3300, PAGE 208, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
