NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2012-CA-003065WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and RONALD W. OLMSTEAD A/K/A RONALD OLMSTEAD, SUNTRUST BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A RONNIE OLMSTEAD, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 22nd day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 17. HUDSON GROVE ESTATES. UNRECORDED PLAT. BEING THE EAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 16. TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH. RANGE 17 EAST. PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA: THE SOUTH 30 FEET THEREOF AND THE NORTH 25 FEET THEREOF BEING SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
