NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-005778 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Successor by Merger to Chase Home Finance. LLC, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Mary Ann Micallef, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against the Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on April 22, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 202, BUILDING 07, WATERFORD AT VANDERBILT CONDOMINIUM NUMBER 3, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2736, PAGE 1830, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO. ATTACHED.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
