NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 25, 2013 and entered in Case No. 112012CA0033960001XX in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC was the Plaintiff and ROBERT A. O'DELL, ET AL., the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the 3rd floor Lobby of the courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the 22 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 74, BLOCK A, LAUREL LAKES PHASE ONE AT LAURELWOOD, A P.U.D., ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES32 THROUGH 36, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus OF the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
