C-304, IN PAVILION CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, IN SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED JUNE 1, 1988, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1354, PAGE 165, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at The Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 25th day of April, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
