NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-008310, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ALAURA E. MORRISON, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, LONNY MOORE, AS TRUSTEE OF THE MORRISON LIVING TRUST; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE MORRISON LIVING TRUST, CALEB MORRISON, A MINOR, BY AND THROUGH THEIR GUARDIAN AND NEXT BEST FRIEND, ALAURA MORRISON, CARA MORRISON, A MINOR, BY AND THROUGH THEIR GUARDIAN AND NEXT BEST FRIEND, ALAURA MORRISON, REYANNA MORRISON, A MINOR, BY AND THROUGH THEIR GUARDIAN AND NEXT BEST FRIEND, ALAURA MORRISON, SARAI MORRISON, A MINOR, BY AND THROUGH THEIR GUARDIAN AND NEXT BEST FRIEND, ALAURA MORRISON, UNKNOWN TRUSTEES OR SUCCESSOR TRUSTEES OF THE MORRISON LIVING TRUST and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 am on the 25th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 20, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 12, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 105 AND 106 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
