ULLOA; JENNIFER WOOD-ULLOA A/K/A JENNIFER WOOD ULLOA A/K/A JENNIFER WOOD; VISTA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; BUENAVISTA WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; EMERALD FOREST ORANGE COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 05/21/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
