NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2013, in Case No. 2012-CA-013215-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit for Orange County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with Amsouth Bank, a Florida Corporation, is Plaintiff, and Steven R. Roach, et al., are Defendants. The Office of Lydia Gardner, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.orange.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 23 day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. D-34, OF THE CYPRESS CREEK GOLF TOWNHOMES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3788, PAGE 1580, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
