NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2012-CA-002966-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE, is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL GONZALEZ A/K/A MICHEL GONZALEZ, et al., are Defendants. The Office of Lydia Gardner, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed on the 18th day of APRIL, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
