Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 25, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-025970-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-10 is the Plaintiff, and VICENTE CANAL A/K/A VINCENTE CANAL, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 5-2023, OF THE GRANDE DOWNTOWN ORLANDO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7700, AT PAGE 1007, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 6th day of May, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
