NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Partial Final Summary Judgment,” entered on June 14, 2012, and the “Order Granting CCP Colonial LLC's Motion to Set Foreclosure Sale,” entered on March 22, 2013, the Clerk of Orange County will sell the real property situated in Orange County, Florida, as described below at a Public Sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on April 25, 2013, at 11:00 a.m.:

BOOK 6084, PAGE 4663, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND THE EASEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS RECORDED IN O.R.
