NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Partial Final Summary Judgment,” entered on June 14, 2012, and the “Order Granting CCP Colonial LLC's Motion to Set Foreclosure Sale,” entered on March 22, 2013, the Clerk of Orange County will sell the real property situated in Orange County, Florida, as described below at a Public Sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on April 25, 2013, at 11:00 a.m.:
LOT 1, OAKLAND CENTRE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE(S) 128, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THE EASEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6084, PAGE 4663, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND THE EASEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6132, PAGE 3164, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO THE EXTENT AND UPON THE TERMS BY WHICH SAID EASEMENTS ARE MADE APPURTENANT TO LOT 1, OAKLAND CENTRE,
