NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Summary Judgment on Counts I, II, III, IV, and V,” entered on September 10, 2012, and the “Order Granting CCP Central FL Parkway LLC's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale,” entered on March 22, 2013, the Clerk of Orange County will sell the real property situated in Orange County, Florida, as described below at a Public Sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on April 25, 2013, at 11:00 a.m.:
LOT 1, ORANGEWOOD CENTER, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 95, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
