NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2013, in Case Number 2012-CA-013957-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which Fairwinds Credit Union f/k/a Navy Orlando Federal Credit Uni is the Plaintiff, and Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against, James M. Ralston, Deceased, and Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendants Who Are Not Known to Be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, Weston Lane Condominium Association, Inc., LIU Investor Group, Inc. as assignee of HOUSEHOLD CARD SERVICES, and John Doe #1, an unknown tenant in possession n/k/a Sonia Buchanan, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on May 2, 2013, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 9, BUILDING A OF WESTON LANE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR WESTON LANE CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS APPEARED THERETO, FILED THE 29TH DAY OF APRIL 1981 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3189 PAGE 2571, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
Notice is also given pursuant to § 45.031(2)(f), Florida Statutes, that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
