NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of March 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-014362-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein GEORGE MICHAEL HORINE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMES INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; CYPRESS SPRINGS II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CYPRESS SPRINGS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE MICHAEL HORINE; THE VILLAGES AT SUMMER LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 20th day of May 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
