NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 21, 2013, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2008-CA-012178-O, the Orange County Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on April 25, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 33, RIVERWOOD VILLAGE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 74 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
