Final Judgment was awarded on March 8, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-006750-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NAAC MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff, and, NOEMI SANCHEZ; NOEMI ORENGO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MARIBEL IRIZARIZI; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A WILFREDO SANCHEZ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Lydia Gardner, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on April 18, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
