NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 17, 2012, in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-015530-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association is the Plaintiff and LILLIAN V FISHER, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LILLIAN V. FISHER, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25 day of April, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block F, Pine Hills Subdivision No. 10, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book T, Page 84, Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
