NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 25, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-022586-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and TANYA L SNIDER-ZINK , DIVINE FAVOR, LLC, LANCELOT AT WINTER PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UKNOWN TENANT (S) NKA LOREN POPE, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29th day of April, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 202, Building F Lancelot at Winter Park, a Condominium, further described in the Declaration of Condominium therefore, as recorded in Official Records Book 14909, Pages 1180 through 1165, as thereafter amended in O.R. Book 08624, Page 0546 through 0587 in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
