RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-014124-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and KAMALODEEN ASHIM A/K/A KAMALODEEN M. ASHIM A/K/A Kamalodeen Mohamed Ashim, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 35, Block F, WESTSIDE MANOR SECTION 1, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book W, page 56, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
