NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 18, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 2008-CA-021345-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., is the Plaintiff and NEVILLE HARRIS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 04/22/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
