Unit No. 47 of Charlotte Bay Villas, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 575, Page 1791 through 1849, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Page 6, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
Commonly Known As: 1020 W. Marion Avenue, Unit 47, Punta Gorda, FL
AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
You are notified that an action to foreclose a promissory note and mortgage lien assessment on the above-described real property has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on ERNEST W. STURGES, JR., ESQ., GOLDMAN, TISEO & STURGES P.A., 701 JC Center Court, Suite 3 Port Charlotte, FL 33954, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before May 2, 2013; otherwise, a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
