NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of MARCH, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-5053-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE INC. is the Plaintiff and ALICE ZUVERINK, HOLIDAY ESTATES, THIRD ADDITION, HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALICE ZUVERINK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BYRON HELMER MORTENSON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ESTHER BETTIS, and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 19th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK E OF HOLIDAY MOBILE ESTATES THIRD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 30A THROUGH 30E OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH A MOBILE HOME, PERMANENTLY AFFIXED AND SITUATED THERETO, UPON THE REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED ABOVE.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
