NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated March 19, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 09006404CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and OREN SCHNEIDEROVITCH; DANIELLE SCHNEIDEROVITCH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on 17 day of July, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 314, BLOCK 2091, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 40 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 50A THRU 50D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 162 COUSLEY DRIVE SOUTHEAST, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33952.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
