Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order dated March 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-001105 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Residential Credit Solutions Inc., Plaintiff and Annie L. McCarthy, Surviving Spouse of Lawrence J. McCarthy, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on July 12, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgement, to-wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 1393, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 28, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 21A THRU 21B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
