Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in this cause on March 26, 2013, the undersigned will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit S-7, PALMETTO WAREHOUSE, a Commercial Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2034, Page 4120; as supplemented and amended by documents recorded in Official Records Book 2138, Page 4376; and Official Records Book 2138, Page 4377, as amended; and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 33, Page 187; as amended by Condominium Book 37, Page 13, as amended, all of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on May 3, 2013, at 11:00 a.m., by electronic sale at http://www.manatee.realforeclose.com.
