NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of March, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-001337-AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein CHRISTINA TRUST A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff, and VICTOR SOLIS, AMELIA SOLIS, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. AND SILVERLAKES COMMUNITY ASSOC, INC. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 on April 25th, 2013 at 11 a.m. the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 138, SILVERLAKE, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 80-87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
