NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 7, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-005365 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Successor Trustee to Bank of America, National Association, as Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Ownit Mortgage Loan Trust, Ownit Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-4, Plaintiff and Andrea Smith and R. Eric Daniels, II are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on May 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, CEDAR TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
