NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-000630 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA, Plaintiff and Laura A. Sullivan and Ricardo Gonzalez are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on April 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 48, BLOCK H, GREENFIELD PLANTATION, PHASE I SUBDIVISION, OLD GROVE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 166 THRU 186, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
