Plaintiff, vs.
ROGER SERIO and JOAN SERIO, Husband and Wife; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., a Foreign
corporation; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2,
Defendants.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 2012 CA 004153 on March 22, 2013 in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 2308, Building 23, THE TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2059, Page 6822 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on April 24, 2013. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
