Dramis, Attorney for Defendant, TBR II DEVELOPMENT, LLC, whose address is 2364 Fruitville Road, Sarasota, Florida 34237; along with a copy to Matthew B. Taylor, Esquire, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is: Barnes Walker, Goethe, & Hoonhout, Chartered, 3119 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on George J. Dramis, Esquire, and Matthew B. Taylor, Esquire, or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Crossclaim.
