NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 26, 2010, and entered in Case No. 09-009039 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and WALTER R. PRIMER; LAURA S. PRIMER; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK (USAA FSB); THE TREETOPS AT NORTH FORTY HOMEOWNERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on APRIL 25, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 25, TREETOPS AT NORTH FORTY-ONTARIO, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1248, PAGES 3362 THROUGH 3418, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 23, PAGES 58, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNIDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
