NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-007396 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, R. B. Chipps Shore Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on line at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am on the 25th day of April, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 100 FEET OF LOT 36, LESS: THE EAST 200 FEET, SHORE ACRES, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO DEDICATION OF 60TH STREET WEST, SHORES ACRES HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
