NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 22, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 011383 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC. ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6 is the Plaintiff and RONALD MCCLOSK; PEGGY MCCLOSKEY A/K/A PEGGY D. BARTELS A/K/A PEGGY BARTLES; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 25th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
COMMENCING AT A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 9, BLOCK A, MUELLAR'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, AT PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID POINT BEING 15.00 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 9 (THE “POINT OF BEGINNING”:
THENCE RUN NORTH AND PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 9, A DISTANCE OF 175.00 FEET;
THENCE RUN EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF THE RAILROAD R/W, A DISTANCE OF 55.00 FEET;
THENCE RUN SOUTH AND PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF LOT 8, BLOCK A, A DISTANCE OF 175.00 FEET;
THENCE RUN WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID BLOCK A, A DISTANCE OF 55.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING;
