GILMORE A/K/A RACHEL WATSON GILMORE; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; LIGHTHOUSE COVE AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, INC.; HERITAGE HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A STEVE PLEIS are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 24th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
