NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 20, 2013 in Civil Case No. 41-2012-CA-004149 , of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and RONNIE G. SANDLIN; PENNY S. SANDLIN; JPMORGAN CHASEBANK, NA; GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION F/K/A MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JASON SANDLIN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. Chips Shore will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am. on the 25 day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, IDA-K, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
