NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled Case that I will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
APARTMENT N-26, BUILDING N, THE THIRD BAYSHORE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 19, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 496, PAGE 44, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 59, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash: Manatee County at 11:00 a.m. on May 3, 2013 VIA THE INTERNET: www.manatee.realforeclose.com. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
