NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 005779 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and KEVIN M. TWIGG A/K/A KEVIN TWIGG; MELANIE C. TWIGG A/K/A MELANIE TWIGG; SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 22nd day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A parcel of land in Section 32, Township 38 South, Range 19 East Sarasota County, Florida, described as follows:
Commence at the NW Corner of SW1/4 of SE1/4 of Section 32, thence N 89Ëš21'20” E, along the 1/4, 1/4 Line, 329.74 feet for Point of Beginning; thence continue N 89Ëš21'20” E, 332.3 feet; thence S 00Ëš30'00” E, 658.00 feet; thence S 89Ëš30' W, 332.3 feet; thence N 00Ëš30'00” W, 657.15 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Together with a 60' private non-exclusive easement extending from the SW corner of said property in a Southerly direction to Edmondson Road as shown on survey recorded in Official Records Book 824, Page 155, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
