NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010CA011530NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff and DAVID KING, A/K/A DAVID J. KING, ET AL., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on May 2nd, 2013 at 9:00 a.m., the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 523, BUILDING 5, VERANDA II AT HERITAGE OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #1998105607, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
