NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 005051 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and LEE ANN TILLIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEE ANN TILLIS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; COMMUNITY BANK & COMPANY SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO FIRST COMMUNITY BANK OF AMERICA; CAVALRY PORTFOLIO SERVICES, LLC, AS ASSIGNEE OF CALVARY SPV I, LLC, AS ASSIGNEE OF BANK OF AMERICA/FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A.; are defendants. COMMENCE AT THE NW CORNER OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 38 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, THENCE S 1 DEGREE 00'00” WEST ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 36, 3040 FEET, THENCE S 89 DEGREES 00'00” EAST, 175 FEET, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE S 89 DEGREES 00'00” EAST, 150 FEET; THENCE S 1 DEGREE 00'00” WEST, 75 FEET; THENCE N 89 DEGREES 00'00” WEST, 150 FEET; THENCE N 1 DEGREE 00'00” EAST, 75 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
