NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed March 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 016713 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and GREG TOPE A/K/A EDWIN G. TOPE; RENEE S. TOPE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUNTRUST BANK; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 23rd day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A DISTANCE OF 630.81 FEET TO THE WESTERLY LINE OF RACIMO RANCHES, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23 AT PAGE 24 OF SAID PUBLIC RECORDS; THENCE N. 00°10'05” E., ALONG SAID WESTERLY LINE, A DISTANCE OF 230.37 FEET; THENCE N. 75°16'05” W. A
DISTANCE OF 269.90 FEET; THENCE S. 88°53'12” W. A DISTANCE OF 235.46 FEET; THENCE S. 46°13'30” W. A DISTANCE OF 143.79 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE PRIVATE ROAD AND PUBLIC DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT KNOWN AS THICKET LANE SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF ARBOR THICKET, PHASE 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43 AT PAGES 21 AND 21A OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS OVER, UNDER AND UPON THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT.
