NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 004961 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein RESI WHOLE LOANS III, LLC, is the Plaintiff and JAMES ELLIS FARLINGER; SHARON LYNN FARLINGER; JAMES ELLIS FARLINGER, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE JAMES E. FARLINGER AND SHARON L. FARLINGER LIVING TRUST; SHARON LYNN FARLINGER, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE JAMES E. FARLINGER AND SHARON L. FARLINGER LIVING TRUST; BARRINGTON WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on APRIL 23, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1801, BARRINGTON WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1449, PAGES 1285 TO 1333, AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17, PAGES 17 AND 17A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
