NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 20, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-017086-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein SUNTUST BANK1, Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered, is the Plaintiff and APACONST, LLC TOMAS MULLER; JIRI SESTAK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 24th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 39 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST; THENCE WEST 400.14 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE WEST 66.19 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 26 MINUTES EAST 332.35 FEET; THENCE EAST 66.19 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 26 MINUTES WEST 332.35 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 39 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
