NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 004362 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein EMC-LLC is Plaintiff, and Gertrude Moses, Unknown Spouse of Gertrude Moses and Pelican Cove Condominium Association, Inc. are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 23rd day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 247, Building 19, PELICAN COVE CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1292, Page 2167, et seq., merged in Official Records Book 1673, Page 1920, together with amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 12, Page 15, as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida a/k/a 1523 Clower Creek Drive, #HA247, Sarasota, Florida 34231
a person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
