NOTICE is hereby given that Karen Rushing, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, on the 9th day of May, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, will offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lot 31 and 32 and the West Forty (40) feet of Lot 30, Block “B” HIGHLAND PINES, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 130, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida

pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the pending case in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
