NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 006773 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BANKUNITED, N.A. is Plaintiff and MIRELLA FUDA; JONATHAN D'ATRIA; JANET GILLETT; ROBERT GILLETT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MIRELLA FUDA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JONATHAN D'ATRIA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; THE CITY OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA; S.E. FABRICATOR SERVICES, LLC; WESTAFF (USA), INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 25th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 8, BLOCK C, SINGLETARY'S SUBDIVISION OF LOT 7, BLOCK 4, PALMER SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
