NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated December 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2011-CA-005636WS, DIVISION: J3, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff, and LEONARD MORITZ A/K/A LEONARD M. MORITZ; JUDITH MORITZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
Paula S. O'neil, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 18 day of APR, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
