NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 22, 2013, entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-11298-ES, Division: J1 of the Circuit Court for Pasco County, Florida, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 2nd day of MAY, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
