NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 512010CA8059WS J2, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff JOHN WOS; DODGE ENTERPRISES, INC.; SOPHIE COTRONE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN WOS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 22nd day of April, 2013, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 291 AND 292, GOLDEN ACRES, UNIT TEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 2 AND 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
